Mrs Young, our Family Support Liason, works within school to support our families and young people with any issues they may be dealing with - if she doesn’t know the answer to your question/problem, she will do her best to find out!

We are very proud that we have been able to support our families by providing them with the opportunity to use our Fareshare shop, which runs every Thursday afternoon. This enables families to purchase a bag of food items for £2.
Lift Newington has always had strong links with St. John’s Church and we are now working in collaboration with them to access funding for families that are in desperate need of assistance. We have also been able to use this funding as a school to set up Languageline, which will help us reach out to our families where English is not their first language - this is a very exciting development for the school.
